Major Historia

2025/26, Second-cycle programme, Full-time

Historia o profilu ogólnoakademickim jest kierunkiem jednoznacznie umiejscowionym w dziedzinie nauk humanistycznych, w dyscyplinie historia (100%). Najwyższą wartością kształcenia na kierunku jest rzetelna wiedza historyczna będąca wypadkową badań i studiowania. Wykształcenie historyczne traktowane jest jako zobowiązanie wobec społeczeństwa, a historia jako dążenie do prawdy historycznej. Kierunek Historia umożliwia studia na historii ogólnej lub na jednej z sześciu specjalności – nauczycielskiej, archiwistyce i zarządzaniu dokumentacją, historii wojskowości, polityce i mediach w dziejach oraz mediewistyce. Mimo ogólnoakademickiego profilu studiów, program studiów na kierunku Historia na wszystkich specjalnościach obejmuje także praktyki zawodowe lub wizyty studyjne odbywane w instytucjach o profilu działania odpowiednim dla danej specjalności.
