Major Chemistry
Chemistry study course in the second degree program is a unique opportunity for students who want to deepen their knowledge and gain practical skills in analytical, physical, organic and inorganic chemistry. Students also have the opportunity to learn about related sciences that allow them to better understand the structure, reactivity and properties of various types of chemical compounds. During the course of study, emphasis is placed on developing the ability to work in a chemical laboratory, which is essential for future scientific or professional work.
Chemistry is a field of science that combines with other disciplines, such as biology, physics, engineering and materials science. Therefore, students learn how to use knowledge from these fields to solve chemical problems. In addition, in the second degree program, students learn how to develop new materials, products and technologies that have applications in various areas of life.
Also, part of the Chemistry study program are individualized laboratory classes, which allow students to practically apply the theoretical knowledge they have acquired in modern research laboratories and acquire the ability to solve chemical problems. This gives students the opportunity to develop their research skills and discover their scientific interests.
Therefore, studies in Chemistry require previously established knowledge and skills in chemistry, which is verified during the admission process. This helps to ensure a high level of teaching and develop competence among students who want to deepen their knowledge and skills in chemistry and related sciences.
