This website is partially compliant with the annex to the Act of April 4 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the non-compliance listed below.

  • Some elements on the page cannot be operated using a keyboard and are only accessible with a mouse.
  • Some interactive elements display a focus indicator with insufficient contrast or are not fully visible.
  • Not all interactive elements have sufficient contrast to ensure adequate visibility.
  • The page lacks a proper heading structure, making navigation more difficult.
  • Links and other interactive text elements are not sufficiently distinguished from surrounding text, which may make them harder to identify.
  • Using the page at 200% zoom or higher sometimes causes content to be cut off.
  • Tooltips are only displayed when using a mouse and cannot be triggered or dismissed using a keyboard (e.g. with the ESC key).
  • Some content is not easily accessible to screen readers, particularly:
    • Some tables do not have properly defined headers.
    • Expandable groups do not provide information about their expanded or collapsed state.
    • Content displayed as headings is not semantically defined correctly.
    • In some cases, regular text is incorrectly marked as a heading.
    • The meaning and functionality of some links are unclear and may be difficult to understand.
    • Text fragments in a different language than the page language are not properly marked.
